Solomon's baby story is a powerful example not only of just behavior, but also a concern for peace and a genuine respect for people. I'm praying today for the suffering child who was fed cocaine by his mother when he was a baby. I'm also praying for the people who are actually debating whether or not to demolish a stretch of historic buildings in Brantford, ON. We could all use a dose of pure wisdom.

That's so horrifying - the baby being fed cocaine. I continue to be shocked at such neglect on the part of parents. Did you read the one about the two year old Indonesian boy who smokes 40 cigarettes a day? Thanks for alerting us to the fact that its our Christian duty to pray for such happenings and not just to talk about them!
